Please be aware that there are scam artists out there who enjoy trying to take advantage of free services such as the one SARIAYA.net offers here.

Please proof read your ads very carefully. SARIAYA.net cannot delete ads simply because they might contain a mistake, nor can SARIAYA.net remove an ad because the item has sold. Ads remain on the site for thirty days after posting.

SARIAYA.net reserves the right to reject or remove any advertising we deem unsuitable.

Free Classifieds Rules:

1. SARIAYA.net's classifieds are intended for individuals buying, selling and trading goods and services. Please do not post ads for the following:

• Adult-oriented material
• Advice or admonishments
• Affidavits
• Calls for action
• Comments about other ads or posters<
• Discussions
• Donation requests/solicitations
• Competing Web sites
• File sharing / piracy
• Medical paraphernalia (syringes, insulin pumps, catheters, etc.)
• Medications of any kind (including supplements)
• Monetary requests
• Notes that an item has sold
• Obituaries
• Other sites with free classifieds
• Personal opinions or expressions
• Prescription medication
• Replies to others ads or posters
• Rescue facilities
• Sold notices
• Thank-you notes
• Stories of personal experiences
• Warnings
• Weapons or weapon-related items
• Web addresses or Web sites

2. Use your real name. You may not post ads anonymously or under a false name or e-mail. You are solely responsible for any statements that are posted using your account.

3. Do not use obscene or offensive language. You may not post any ad that could be considered obscene, indecent, lewd, pornographic, violent, abusive, insulting, threatening, harassing or in violation of the law.

4. Do not post ads in categories that are not relevant to the item or service you are advertising.

5. Do not harvest or otherwise collect names, e-mail addresses or other identifying information from other participants.

SARIAYA.net CANNOT REVIEW EVERY AD, VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF STATEMENTS MADE BY PARTICIPANTS OR DETERMINE WHETHER THE MATERIALS POSTED BY PARTICIPANTS VIOLATE THE RIGHTS OF OTHERS. ACCORDINGLY, YOU AGREE TO ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR THE CONTENT OF YOUR POSTINGS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY STATEMENTS OR MATERIALS POSTED ON THIS SITE.

We will, however, periodically monitor the site. Any ads that, in our sole judgment, appear to violate the Classifieds Rules may be deleted without notice. We reserve the right to remove any posting and limit or terminate access to anyone for any reason at any time.
